Who we are
Wellmore Club is responsible for the personal data collected through this website.
Wellmore Club
Company number: 0740.508.391
Email: an-sofie@wellmoreclub.com
For any question about your data, simply send an email to the address above.
What we collect
When you request a call through the form, we receive:
- your name
- the name and type of your venue
- what matters most to you right now
- your email address
- the language of the page you used
We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The fonts and images are served from our own website, so your visit isn't shared with services such as Google Fonts.
Why we use it
We use your details only to answer your request: to suggest a few times for a call, to prepare that call and, if you wish, to send you a proposal. The legal basis is the step you take before a possible agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We never use your details for newsletters or marketing unless you explicitly ask for it, and we never sell them.
Who processes your data
We work with a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf:
- Netlify, which hosts this website and receives the form. Netlify may process data in the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
- Microsoft 365, for our email.
- Google Meet, for the video call itself.
Like any web host, Netlify keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the website secure and available.
How long we keep it
If we don't start working together, we delete your request within 12 months after our last contact. If we do, we keep your details for as long as the collaboration lasts and afterwards for as long as the law requires (for example for accounting).
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, to limit how we use it, to object to its use, or to receive it in a usable format. Just email an-sofie@wellmoreclub.com; we reply within one month.
If you feel we don't handle your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
Changes
We may update this policy when our way of working changes. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
